SEXSOMNIA
Also known as "sleep sex" or "somnambulistic sexual behavior" is a sleeping disorder that causes people to perform sexual acts while they are sleeping. It is a medical condition which is said to be a certain variation of "sleep walking". People having sexsomnia are basically not aware and cannot recall any of their behaviours while they are sleeping. Often times, a grasp of those information can be achieved only when their partners will inform them in the morning. This condition often occur in males than in females. A possible explaination for this is that most males enjoy sex and sex "rituals" like masturbation, day dreaming of voluptuous women, and etcetera. And also of the fact that males got more erotic dreams than females do. Maybe and just maybe (since studies on sexsomnia are still going on) these "behaviors" will be brought by sleep thus stimulating the person's senses and tah-daaaaahhh--- that person will unknowingly engage in sexual activities.
Luckily today, sexsomnia can be manageable with medication. For those who are having sexsomnia, better go to your doctor and ask for medicine as soon as possible because it might be too late for you to do that when you will find yourself one morning in a stinky jail cell. Fortunate for those people whose partners will enjoy their "sexsomnia state", but for thoe who will feel being trespassed and harassed... hahhaha!~rape can be filed against you!

self-help measures in dealing with your varicose veins...
Varicosities are caused by some obstruction in your blood flow to your heart and as a result, the blood will deposit in your veins before that said obstruction. Another reason for those ugly twisted veins is the over compression of your veins especially in your lower extremities. “Over compression” may be brought about by obesity, prolonged standing, and even by wearing very tight garters.
There are non-surgical or non-invasive treatments for varicose veins. First, (if you’re kinda obese) you must try to lose some weight. I mean YOU SHOULD!... when you have too much fat in your body, there is a higher chance that your blood vessels will also be accumulated with fats thus constricting its passage way leading to poor circulation and could result to varicosities. why don't you try to burn and sweat those lipids and oils away in exchange for a much better health advantage?
Secondly, don’t wear very tight garments! yeah... you might look good and sexy on those but they can also turn your most loved-legs into such a nightmare with all those twisted “cords” bulging out. Tight garters or any very tight attire can be very constrictive to your veins too.
Lastly, elevate your legs and avoid long periods of walking or standing. i got a friend who makes it a habit to raise her legs parallel to a wall (at least 15mins) before going to sleep. i guess it's a good practice in managing your varicose veins and prevent it from getting worse. it is also a good intervention for aching legs after long hours of standing or walking.
These treatments are easy and very practical. If I were you, I'll take this seriously than to seriously hurt and kill my wallet due to those expensive surgeries or operations. =)

suicide precautions.. things to watch out for..
Surely you have heard the word SUICIDE right? well for those people with an IQ below 20, suicide is an act of intentionally killing yourself... Here's a trivia.. women attemps suicide 2 to 3 times than men but men are generally more apt to die in their attempts! *hahahah!* what does it tell you?simple. in reality men are more stupid than women. just kidding. back to the topic.. in my psychology class earlier, i was fascinated with the behavioral cues or indicators of a person who'll attempt to commit suicide . 80% of those people who attempt suicide give clues.
The most important cue (as what our instructor told us) is when the person begins to lift or to be kinda relieved with his depression (especially after taking anti-depressants). depression-to-"lift" stage is very crucial since the client now has the energy to perform or carry out his well designed suicide scene. other significant signs of suicide are withdrawal, sleepless nights usually accompanied by experiences of early morning awakening (3 to 7 AM), giving out of special items or belongings, and rehearsing, seriously discussing, or asking questions about suicide methods (either specific or nonspecific).
Keep being vigilant over your suicidal friends... it can't just stop him/her from doing such insane act but it is actually more of saving someone else's life.

OILY STOOLS because of butterfish
last week I was having oily stools, It is a slimy orange liquid that the odor is different from that of a normal stool. I google about it and find out that it is something about our digestive system incapable of digesting some oils and fats like that of a butterfish and escolar, I already have I suspect, because I've eaten a fish that taste so juicy but the cook in the restaurant put lots of oil in it before serving to us.
When we came back with my friend to the restaurant I order the fish again and my friend also ordered it, next day came and as expected both of us experienced the oil stool. so thats it its the fish.
